Elephants are sentient beings and should not be incarcerated in prisons. It is a cruel, barbaric and unnecessary practise. I have seen elephants in zoos and they display signs of psychological damage, caused by their being trapped in small enclosures with no real life. If you have any conscience, then you would object to this proposal.
